Through the CLIQ project partners are developing and rewriting their local and regional innovation strategies and action plans. The European level network of 16 partners is a good tool for learning from each others' experience in driving innovation.
For example the Covernment of Catalonia is developing a strategy for the implementation of the innovation system in Central Catalonia. Through the CLIQ project, the Catalan Government also aims at making regional and local government work together in the implementation of the innovation system in Central Catalonia.
